For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on items that are in original, unworn condition with all tags and protective liners intact. We recommend trying on swimwear over undergarments to ensure a proper fit before removing tags.
How long does shipping take for customized team gear?
Customized items, such as team heat-press suits or embroidered parkas, typically require 7-10 business days for processing before they are shipped. Standard shipping then takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.

How should I care for my swimsuit to make it last longer?
To extend the life of your suit, always rinse it in cool, non-chlorinated water immediately after use. Avoid wringing it out; instead, lay it flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Never use harsh detergents or a dryer, as heat breaks down Lycra and Spandex fibers.
